Are buccal and sublingual the same route?

They refer to different oral locations. A product placed between lip and gum should not automatically inherit evidence from a product studied under the tongue or swallowed. Preserve the route actually used in the study and the labeled instructions. A shared active ingredient does not erase those differences.
